We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of metal fabrication services and contribute to delivering exceptional results.

Job Description:

This role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products with precision and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include utilizing hand tools to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal, performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in sheet metal work.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a metal fabrication environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Working Hours and Compensation:

The working hours for this role are initially Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm. This may change to two shifts: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm or Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Salary up to £35,375 (dependent on experience).
