About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Harrow DayNursery & Pre-school. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the Job
As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
- Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children, including planning and delivering engaging activities and experiences.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers, including communicating effectively and providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals, including providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care and education.
- Ensuring the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff, including maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
