Job Description

As a National Rating Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that key roles are carried out to support our existing National contracts. This will involve working independently with an elevated level of accuracy, managing a large volume of work.

You will be responsible for investigating bill queries, liaising with councils and other stakeholders to resolve queries, and assisting Business Rates Officers with updating client payment portfolios/rate mitigation schedules.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
