Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage Work Orders in line with individual service level targets, creating weekly plans to achieve completion within set timeframes in line with available resources.
  • Engage with the field management team to ascertain individual needs and priorities to be considered when constructing plans.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure team to gain an understanding of changes to internal maintenance manuals, requirements of work order completion, and frequent reviews of priorities of work orders.
  • Accurately record all information necessary to resolve all open Work Orders, incidents, issues, or complaints, including accurate classification to enable logical prioritisation around plan creation.
  • Monitor action and escalate workload and profiling issues and/or incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service level targets as well as individual performance measures of both Planning & Scheduling and Field Operations staff.
  • Provide input to performance review meetings with internal delivery functions, particularly focused on individual and/or site-specific issues that may adversely affect service to the customer.
