Surveying Expert

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates and the effective management of construction projects across East Anglia.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong analytical and financial skills, and experience in the refurbishment / planned maintenance sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing cost estimation strategies
• Analyzing financial data to inform project decisions
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress and costs

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a profit-related bonus, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, and private medical insurance.
