About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Warehouse Team Manager in our Local Fulfilment Centre (LFC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by leading a team within the LFC warehouse function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and drive performance
  • Collaborate with other colleagues within the LFC to deliver site results
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure the accuracy and security of stock
  • Plan resource activities for the team and make effective decisions to drive business results

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled leader with experience in warehouse and retail operations, who can provide expertise in multi-drop delivery and customer final mile delivery. You will have a proven track record in leading large, diverse teams within a unionised environment and be able to make effective decisions to drive business results.

You will be a customer-centric leader who can motivate and engage colleagues at all levels, and demonstrate a strong understanding of our values and culture.
