About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with the smooth running of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the analysis, preparation, and management of all costs, from initial cost assessments through to project completion.
- Selecting and managing suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Becoming an expert in contracts, financial management, and contract law.
- Assisting with the monthly/quarterly compilation of data to monitor the project's performance.
- Meeting with professionals, clients, customers, and others to obtain and provide information relating to land, property, or construction.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be currently studying towards a degree in Quantity Surveying (or a related quantity surveying degree).
- To hold a full UK driving licence or will hold a full UK driving licence by August 2025.
