Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team at LMAX Group, a global financial technology company. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier tech talent to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's culture and values.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top tech talent.
- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels to source top tech talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador of the company, promoting our culture and values to attract the best candidates in the tech space.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to inform and refine recruiting strategies, including time-to-fill metrics, candidate satisfaction scores, and more.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for tech roles.
- Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry and its unique recruitment challenges, including software development, IT, and digital transformation roles.
- Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Familiarity with strategies for recruiting a diverse and inclusive workforce, especially within the tech sector.
