About the Role

We are recruiting for a Paralegal to work on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in our Bexleyheath office, with travel between offices in Dartford, Bexleyheath, and Orpington.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking instructions from clients on straightforward Wills, preparing, explaining, and submitting draft documents for approval within 24 hours. They will also need to prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney following signature.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.

What We Offer

Talent Flow Partners offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and regular social events.
