Senior Product Manager, Digital Subscriptions

At NBCUniversal, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our digital subscription products. As a key member of our Commerce team, you'll be responsible for conceiving, defining, designing, developing, testing, and launching highly effective plan merchandising and selection experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own high-value, consumer-centric digital features and products for web, mobile devices, connected devices, and smart TVs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define requirements and drive product decisions.
- Present vision, strategy, work product, insights, and KPIs to stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Collaborate with other product owners, designers, and engineers to successfully deliver products to market.
- Balance inputs from business, design, research, technology, and external teams to create a network of cross-functional partners.
- Define and evangelize best practices, and collaborate on the planning and building of scalable and extensible tools and resources.
- Develop a roadmap of impact-generating digital products, features, and optimizations that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience owning the product lifecycle, leading customer plan merchandising moments, monetization strategies, and toolkits for optimization, experimentation, and personalization in an e-commerce business.
- Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing digital products with a strong focus on customer value and business growth.
- Expertise in rapid deployment and experimentation, including metrics, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment and close familiarity with common project management tools.
- Experience with entertainment platforms, such as tvOS, Fire TV, Roku, etc.
