Key Responsibilities:

Support the Ilkeston store on a weekly basis, working a variety of hours including Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

As a Retail Supervisor, every day is different, with tasks including merchandising the Nutmeg clothing range, visual merchandising, building and replenishing display units, and more.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a confident communicator who can engage and motivate multiple teams in a friendly customer environment. The ideal candidate should be accountable for their own and team's performance, have great organisational skills, and be a creative thinker.

They should also be familiar with employment law and safe working practices, be able to work well under pressure, and be enthusiastic about technology, data, and innovation.
