As a Critical Data Analyst at Hargreaves Lansdown PLC, you will play a key role in supporting the company's digital transformation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that critical data meets quality requirements and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify critical data elements used in business use cases.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to review existing or create new definitions for critical data.
  • Populate the enterprise data dictionary.
  • Define and implement data quality measures.
  • Support data migration and business analysts with source-to-target data mapping activities.

You will work closely with the existing data quality and governance teams within data management while embedded with a strategic transformation program.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who is proficient in SQL data analysis, has experience with low-code data management tools, and knowledge of data ownership frameworks, data migrations, and ETL pipelines.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a discretionary annual bonus and annual pay review.
