Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Worcester area.
This service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to empower service users to live independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential care services and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver person-centered care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in Learning Disabilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
