We are currently seeking an experienced Family Department Assistant to join our team at IDEAL PERSONNEL. As a key member of our hybrid team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our experienced family lawyers and assisting with client liaison.

About the Role:
  • You will provide high-quality audio typing and copy typing services to support our solicitors;
  • You will utilize computer packages like Case Management Systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Laserform to efficiently manage tasks;
  • You will manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information;
  • You will liaise with clients and solicitors via phone or face-to-face to deliver exceptional customer service;
  • You will prepare and complete legal forms as required;

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience;
