AHU Commissioning Engineer Job Description

Our client, a leading HVAC company, is seeking a skilled AHU Commissioning Engineer to support their regional client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support, commissioning, and diagnostic work on AHU and Controls systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and commissioning services for AHU and Controls systems.
  2. Ensure all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team.
  3. Coordinate with the project delivery management team and liaise with planners.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of HVAC / AHU equipment and systems.
  2. Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and HVAC control software.
  3. City and Guilds 2079 or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  4. Full UK Driving Licence.
  5. Ability to pass or hold a DBS and security clearance.
Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary of £45-55k based on experience.
  2. 50-hour contract with 10 hours paid travel and 40 hours site time.
  3. Additional travel time paid at 1.5x rate.
  4. Overtime paid at 1.5x Mon-Sat and 2x Sun/Bank Holidays.
  5. Company van for personal use.
  6. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
  7. Call out pay with £150 standby, overtime, and travel pay.
