As a Centre Manager at Hollywood Bowl, you will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of our new centre, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the centre's staff and operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the leisure industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
