We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. Our clients' outstanding setting in Woking is looking for a dedicated professional to support the daily running of a 40-place term-time only setting based on 36 hours a week, 39 weeks of the year, with a salary of circa £25,000 plus.

As a Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education, and contributing to the overall success of the setting.

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
  • Genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
