**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a leading care home in the Brackley area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key leadership role in our kitchen, overseeing the preparation and serving of all food to residents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in menu planning, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour.

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Job Description:

  • Undertake menu planning in consultation with residents and management
  • Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of all food in accordance with agreed menus
  • Ensure menus are displayed showing choices
  • Supervise the kitchen employee team
  • Ensure HACCP's processes and the catering manual are followed and recorded as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2-3 in Food preparing and catering
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements
