Assistant Service Director

We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Services Manager to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Practice effective management to drive team performance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise with families and stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
- Develop and implement strategies for team growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in Learning Disability services and possess strong leadership skills. They must also have knowledge of the social care sector and be able to demonstrate their potential to excel within our team-oriented workplace.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
