Carbon60 is excited to collaborate with a prominent player in the aviation sector to recruit a Quality Training Specialist within the Training and Quality division.

This organization is a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.

This Quality Training Specialist role is a permanent position that has arisen due to ongoing growth and development.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with creating and delivering training programs for various roles within the organization.


Key Responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering Technical, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Compliance training as identified by the organization.
Formulating, executing, and assessing training plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives to adapt to evolving needs.

Collaborating with the Training Manager to implement, evaluate, and enhance a training strategy for the business while engaging with different departments to ensure the plan's effectiveness.

Partnering with managers and the Quality department to establish training requirements that meet examination standards. Working alongside the Training Manager and Quality team to ensure training aligns with competency standards and refresher schedules. Organizing and scheduling training sessions with both internal and external trainers, and facilitating Web-Based Training.

Required Skills and Experience:
Strong technical understanding of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes is preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Prior experience in delivering training and presentations.
Experience in developing training materials, including eLearning resources.
A history of fostering positive, productive, and collaborative working relationships.

Ideally, candidates should possess a degree in engineering or a related business field, or have relevant experience in a similar role, complemented by secondary education (A Levels) or BTECH/HNC (Desirable).
