Head of Staffing and Placement

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Parkside Recruitment.

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
• You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• You will negotiate salaries and benefits packages with successful candidates.
• You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Accounting and Finance sector.
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

• A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
