**Role Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Culinary Specialist to work on a full-time basis, covering 38 hours per week, five days out of seven. This position will involve a mix of early and late shifts, providing a good work-life balance with one weekend on, one weekend off over two weeks.

In return, we offer an hourly pay rate of £11.94 per hour (increasing to £12.53 per hour if the location meets monthly targets), a place to develop your skills, and the chance to work in some of the UK's most stunning forest environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our Culinary Specialist, you will oversee our catering provision, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guests receive food of the highest standard while maintaining all kitchen Health & Safety obligations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking orders to ensure quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
  • Complying with H&S and Food Hygiene regulations and completing required paperwork.
  • Ensuring safe food handling practices and promoting the principles of safe food handling.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by following the cleaning rota and ensuring regular cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment, and appliances.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in catering and be able to work both individually and as part of a team.

You should also possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
