About the Role:

The successful candidate will join our client's dynamic DIY team as a Retail Product Leader, responsible for driving category growth and optimising e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that enhance product offerings for consumers and channel partners.
  2. Performance Improvement: Analyse sales trends and leverage analytics to identify areas for improvement, informing data-driven decisions.
  3. E-Commerce Excellence: Enhance product listings, navigation, and search engine visibility, while ensuring seamless e-commerce experiences.
  4. Leadership: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  5. Results-Focused: Drive £3.5m worth of sales, volume, and profitability targets.

You'll Need:

  • 3+ years in Commercial Management, Category Management, or E-Commerce
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel and category management tools
  • Proven experience with e-commerce storefront optimisation and demand generation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus potential
