A rewarding role has become available with the Wales Medicines Strategy Group to work as an NHS 111 Call Handler. The position involves providing essential medical advice and support to patients, utilising advanced listening and probing skills.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in people's lives. With no prior healthcare experience necessary, this role provides a great stepping stone into a fulfilling career in healthcare.

The successful candidate will be able to commit to six weeks of full-time training, during which they will receive comprehensive instruction on the use of NHS Pathways Software and other tools required for the role. Once trained, the individual will be able to work part-time hours, enjoying a good work-life balance.
