Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets our high standards of presentation.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries, ensuring all products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive and productive store environment, and support the implementation of visual merchandising plans.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
