Field Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Dee Set. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week (3 days across Monday to Friday). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key decision-makers at top grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities- Visiting top grocery retailers, focusing on building strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
- Negotiating with key decision-makers to ensure increased distribution and maximum availability for various brands, resulting in increased sales and additional space where possible.
- Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence as the 'eyes and ears' of Tactical Solutions and its clients in-store.
- Recording and completing all information accurately using our bespoke tablets and Drive software system.
- Experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- An excellent communicator with a passion for building credible relationships in stores.
