Cement & Packed Products Financial Reporting Lead

As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead the team in providing accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and control within the Cement & Packed division. You will work closely with the UK Finance Leader and the wider UK/Ireland finance team to deliver key performance indicators and financial insights.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the reporting of key Balance Sheet/P&L accounts, including Revenues/Rebates/Fixed Assets/Provisions, within the team.
- Lead the Cement and Packed EXQL monthly management reporting submissions and relationships with CRH group.
- Monthly management reporting across the UK Cement and Packed business, including P&L/Balance sheet and OCF consolidated up into group.
- Support the production of the month-end reporting pack and other standardised reports, providing commentary and analysis on performance as required.
- Lead/Support the UK Finance Leader on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
- Ensure UK compliance with USGAAP/IFRS reporting; SOx control framework; CRH corporate governance.
- Accountable for the completion/review of relevant Monthly/Quarterly/Annual SOx controls within UK Cement Finance PCW.
- Manage the UK Cement and Packed Finance support within the statutory audit process/internal audit process alongside the UK&I Risk & Controls Manager.
- Analyse trends and performance to feed into forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Build good working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that corporate compliance framework is adhered to.
