Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Warehouse Operative to join our team at Driver Hire (Torbay). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and inspect deliveries, reporting any discrepancies to the relevant department
- Store goods in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks
- Provide support to other departments within the company
- Experience in a stores and warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
