About the RoleThis is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum.
Based in Blackpool FY3 9ES, this role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions in children and adolescents
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
