Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Technology Strategist to lead our technology team in Bracknell. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Salary: 135,000

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable solutions and ways of working, incorporating cloud, security, networks, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality internal and external customer excellence, overseeing voice communication systems, and collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable solutions and ways of working, incorporating cloud, security, networks, and infrastructure generally.
  • Deliver high-quality internal & external customer excellence.
  • Oversee voice communication systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage technology budgets and resources effectively.
  • Work in conjunction with 3rd party suppliers and organisations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a senior technology leadership role within an ecommerce or retail environment. You should have strong expertise in cloud technologies, network management, infrastructure, and voice systems, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.
