We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Consultant to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in delivering corporate strategy, transformation, and organisational change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic transformation projects, including target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing, and business case development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.
• Provide expert advice on strategic transformation and organisational change.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for international secondments and travel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on strategic transformation and organisational change.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
