Hospitality Ambassador

As a Night Guest Service Agent with Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be key in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures
• Collaborate with the Night Manager to address guest feedback and concerns
• Process guest transactions, including foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash, in accordance with hotel credit policy
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
• Exemplify Hilton's brand standards and provide memorable experiences for guests and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Calm, efficient, and organized with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Competent level of IT proficiency
