We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at Starion. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end bid preparation process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Collaborate with the Bid Management and Business Development Teams to ensure effective reviews and compliance with company processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resources for proposal development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure seamless proposal execution.
- Ensure all proposals meet the company's quality and standards.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Telecommunication, Aerospace, or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in bid management, technical writing, and requirement management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of the Space environment, preferably Earth Observation.
- ITIL certification.
- Background in Sales and/or Legal.
