We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to join our team as a Chief Data Science Architect, providing technical expertise and guidance on data engineering best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a unified platform that enables seamless data science and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge data engineering solutions using Spark, Databricks, and other big data technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on data engineering best practices and industry-leading tools and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on big data technologies.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex data engineering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
