As a key member of our Pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of technical and retail pricing models.

The successful candidate will have experience in personal or commercial lines technical pricing and will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will lead investigations and preparation of data for parameterisation of pricing models, conduct technical analyses, and support in-depth portfolio analyses and performance management.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous annual bonus scheme. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex mathematical models to support pricing decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new pricing strategies
  • Analysing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline
  • Progress through actuarial exams towards Associateship/Fellowship qualifications
  • Proven experience in pricing and risk management in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

£70,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience.
