Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control And Monitoring System Engineer to join our team at Andretti Cadillac. As a key member of our Control Systems group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of control systems for our racing vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop control systems for racing vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with our Race and Performance Engineers to optimize control system performance and ensure compliance with FIA technical regulations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot control systems at trackside events, ensuring reliable operation and resolving faults in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all control systems operations fully comply with FIA technical regulations.
- Educated to degree level in an engineering subject, preferably in a relevant field such as mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
- Experience with the management and calibration of vehicle control systems, preferably in a motorsport environment.
- Experience with model-based software design in a Matlab Simulink environment and automotive electronic systems, including CAN and sensing technologies.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to plan and manage own workloads.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
