Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £45,00055,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

Job Description

The Luxury Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the hotel's operational team
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives
  • Managing resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and profitability
