About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operative Track Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on the track network, including inspection, repair, and replacement of rails, sleepers, and ballast.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver safe and efficient work delivery, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the track network, including drainage and ancillary structures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and non-technical skills.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.

  • Proven ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
