We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Four Marks. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Our residential service is home to four men with learning disabilities, Downs Syndrome, and autism. You'll be part of a dynamic team that provides a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are the same.

As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging individuals to access their local communities, socialising, and engaging in various activities. You may be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, going swimming, watching films, or going to the cinema.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in someone's life and helping them grow in confidence and independence. We're looking for individuals who are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, with experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behaviours.
