Breakfast Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Malmaison. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the breakfast team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the breakfast team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensure that all breakfast operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining room
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for the breakfast team
  • Monitor and control labor costs and inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
