Teaching Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated West London Primary Teacher - Early Years to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to shape the educational journey of young children, from planning engaging lessons to evaluating their progress and developing effective relationships with parents and colleagues.

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher - Early Years, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Your expertise in the EYFS Curriculum will enable you to design and deliver high-quality teaching resources, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education. You will also contribute to the development of the school's curriculum, policies, and procedures, and participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging learning activities for children aged 3-5
- Establish a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Evaluate each child's progress and adapt the curriculum accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of student development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent planning, organizational, and collaborative work skills
- Passion for children's education and strong customer service orientation

Salary:
The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
