Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team in a heavy industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant facilities and services, including compressed air.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong background in maintenance and repair. They will also be able to input to and carry out Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Routines.
In addition, the successful candidate will support the operations team in achieving targets and work with equipment suppliers on new equipment and installations. They will also be observant and work off their own initiative when a fault is detected, taking action based on judgment to effect immediate repair or not.
The salary for this role is £42,762 per annum, with overtime rates applying where applicable.
