Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gold Group Limited. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of projects from feasibility studies through to negotiation of final accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Cost Management: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies.
- Financial Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage cash flow, and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects stay on track.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management. Proficiency in relevant software.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
- Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
