Conveyancing Team Member

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Conveyancing Assistant within the G2 Legal Limited Residential Conveyancing Department. This role involves supporting busy fee-earners through all stages of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistently high level of service to all clients
- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and in person
- Maintain and manage the case management system while adhering to firm procedures
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and sorting post
- Ensure all deadlines are met within specified timeframes
- Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or legal assistant experience (required)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using case management systems
- Effective communication skills and a client-focused approach
