Job Title: Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

Urenco, a trusted and long-term supplier to the nuclear industry, is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to support their technical authority on a contract basis (inside IR35). The successful candidate will be based in Capenhurst, near Chester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to support the UUK technical authority for civil and structural disciplines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safe, cost-effective, and reliable uranium enrichment services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong background in nuclear industry standards.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
