Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to join our team at Prospero Teaching in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support and guidance due to their Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take attendance in the mornings and maintain communication with parents regarding student absence
- Deliver support programs in the community to help students overcome their challenges
- Build relationships with local authorities and other organizations to enhance support services for students
- Develop effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors and de-escalating conflicts
- Utilize EHCPs to inform teaching practices and ensure student needs are met
Eligibility Criteria:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS Certificate
- Full, Clean UK Driver's License and Business Insurance
Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
