Job Description

A sales leader is required to drive revenue growth in the Ipswich/Norwich territory by developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver sales strategies that achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key mechanical customers to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with ASM and TPS Centre Managers to evaluate and support marketing initiatives.
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity to stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating business growth strategies.
  • Practical business financial awareness.
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
