Job Description:

Penguin Recruitment is currently seeking an Environmental Hazard Analyst Lead to join our team. As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in conducting UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys and air monitoring, and hold the P402, P403, and P404 qualifications. They will also have a full driving license and be able to work at height and in confined spaces.

You will work closely with our client's team to deliver high-quality services and meet their vision of becoming one of the UK's leading property consultants and surveyors. The estimated salary for this role is £41,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

Benefits include company vehicle and equipment, working away allowance, optional overtime, 26 days annual leave, pension contributions, and access to private healthcare.
