We are seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Ambassador for Leisure and Recreation to join our team at Vivify Venues. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into school facilities, guaranteeing that all areas are opened and set up on time for each group's visit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding service to hirers, ensuring they receive a positive and memorable experience by assisting with setting up facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
  • Performing light cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of school premises, adhering to our commitment to minimising extra work for schools and teachers.
  • Ensuring the security and safety of our school sites by unlocking gates and doors, locking them securely at the end of shifts, and completing health and safety checks throughout the day.
Requirements and Qualifications
