About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Technician to join our hotel maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repair work on our equipment and facilities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Carrying out regular maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies and addressing them efficiently.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify any potential issues and ensuring they are addressed promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, including expenses and work completed.
  • Assisting with implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
  • Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to complete work efficiently and within budget.
  • FOLLOWING health and safety guidelines to ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely.
  • Providing support to other members of the maintenance team as needed.
